      Worked here for 3 years…just to be fired over a stupid cause and then immediately rehired at an entry level position

      Pros

      Some really good friendships made here. Not a terrible environment until you speak up. Then it’s game over.

      Cons

      Poor management-they literally put anyone in charge. And those management positions don’t do anything to de-escalate tensions on the phone.

      They have a nice breakroom/snacks.

      Cons

      Management has not one ounce of care for you (at least, they didn't during my employment, can't imagine that's changed). All they care about are metrics/numbers. It's like pulling teeth just to take your break/restroom break.

      close to home and in central part of Addison

      close your eyes and point. it might be under a new name or management this place has more name changes than p diddy. lost of mind games and gaslighting to make you perform well. never letting you know you're doing well always in need of improvements tho you're performing above average.
