      Pros

      The people, easily. My favorite part about this company is who I get to work with — a genuine, understanding group that I truly feel lucky to be around. They genuinely care about understanding you, your personality, and your personal goals, which makes it a great environment to grow in.

      Cons

      Honestly, I don’t have many cons. If I had to say one, it would be that my position is a contractor role, so unfortunately I don’t get to receive all of the benefits Agexa offers. I definitely wish I could enjoy those benefits, but it comes with the nature of being in a contractor position.

      Pros

      If you are the best at what you do and thrive to become better this is the company you should work for. They give you room to grow and become the best version of yourself. The incentives are incredible and the leadership is very people-orientated.

      Cons

      The opposite is true. If you are not skilled at what you do and constantly need to be hand-held you will not do well here. Only the best will survive here.
