Pros
Good hours very family thinking company. Lots of good on the job training with minimal issues. Great place to work.
Cons
Pay scale not so great with the economy. Seems that saving money is done by reducing the positions and making more operators.

Pros
Have worked for AHNTECH for nearly 11 years. They have always been very good to me. The new company president is the best - very encouraging, open and transparent.
Cons
I have no complaints about current AHNTECH management. Based on our size, the work load can be very challenging - not really a con.
