Pros

The working environment in the company is good. The team consists mostly of young people. There isn't much stress. The projects are interesting and the company's clients are companies from around the world. You have full benefits and you can use sick or family leave whenever you need.

Cons

Some of the employees use racist language at times. The salaries are not that high compared to similar positions in other companies in the country.
