I worked at Aimia full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexibility and ownership to your work.

    Cons

There was a boat with few people on it. The boat got stuck and lost in the sea. One person decided to start rowing and move the boat. It wasn’t an easy journey, but they managed to stop by few places and collecting supplies. Meal time has arrived and every one received fair share of the food except the rower. The rower asks why? Person on the boat answers if only you would row faster then you would have better food, it was you who’d like to row after all.
