Very chaotic atmosphere, turnover is extreme, lacks true professional leadership or polished ceo, unstable, finding an open parking spot can be problematic, the company does not seem to embrace change or suggestions for improvement, run down building in dire need of an updo, archaic equipment/furniture... lots broken here.

There is no consistency. To many knee jerk reactions. They put people in positions and expect them to figure it out for themselves, there is no guidance given. There has been more service managers in the last 2 years than there were in the first 15 years. If you are the shiny new penny you are at the top of the world there, as soon as you get a little dull they are looking to move you out. The owners started the company to have a place that focused on the employee, that has gone out the window to focus on doubling the size of the company in 5 years. The owners need to focus back on why they started the company and get the ship right at home before focusing on expansion.
