Thank you for taking the time to write a review but it is unfortunate to read that you feel the environment here at Air Partner is “toxic”. Unfortunately, as the company seeks to secure and grow for the long-term future, we have to make some very difficult decisions and this, inevitably, leads to periods of change that are sometimes difficult for some individuals to adapt to. We note that you speak highly of some of the individuals in the business however, and we completely agree that we have some very talented people that we are very proud of.

Thank you for your review and we are very sorry to hear that you feel this way. As a Company we strive to reward good performance and loyalty, this is evident by the number of employees who have worked for the Company for many years and have developed their careers as a result. We understand the importance of recognising good performance and our monthly recognition scheme and career development framework support this. We are disappointed to read your comment about Air Partner being “male chauvinistic”. Air Partner is dedicated to encouraging a supportive and inclusive culture for everyone and this is at the heart of our values and echoed in our Diversity and Inclusion Policy. Unfortunately like many businesses, particularly in the Aviation sector, we have had to make some difficult decisions and changes to our strategy to ensure sustainability during these unprecedented times. We want to assure you that these difficult decisions are not taken lightly but unfortunately have been necessary to ensure the longevity of the business.
