Pros

Externally, it has strong brand & culture presence and CVP which makes selling/marketing easier

Cons

Constant power struggle internally from top to bottom. High turnover which caused management to mass hire and might not get the right talent in as it is usually based on impressions, perception and not always on what you can deliver/ relevant experience

Pros

* Ambitious plans for super-app * Great reputation as an airline

Cons

* All talk, no tech (except in pockets) * ASEAN company, but wants everyone to work in Malaysia * Tony can't focus, the company suffers * Stuck on GCP and Google Workplace/G Suite (probably a "sponsorship" deal somewhere)

Pros

Exciting environment to work in, great perks and benefit.

Cons

Overseas office can feel 'ignored' or abandoned' by regional office. Sometimes regional office question your local market and think they can do better.
