Pros

Competitive comp range compared to other startups with little funding. AirOps is well funded with money to spend. The team is kind and want to see the company succeed. Unfortunately its not enough to make up for horrible leadership and poor company culture. And a majority of existing employees are actively looking for new jobs.

Cons

Working 75 hour weeks is viewed as a "winners mentality" with this company. Even "positive" reviews mention this. Leadership promotes output at all costs, even if it makes no sense to company strategy. Employees are held to unrealistic standards and are asked to deliver huge projects in less than 2 days. I have never felt so burned out or miserable, but now I can't leave or else it looks bad on a resume to leave so soon after joining. Senior leadership is a rotating door because Airops can't retain talent. The reviews being posted by employees are fake as employees were asked to artificially inflate GR reviews because it made recruiting impossible. If youre thinking of working here, trust your gut and do your research.

Pros

Used to be a great place to work with hardworking people, has turned into a race to beat Profound by launching a poorly planned and executed AEO product. Leadership is driving staff into ground trying to get it to market and team attitude at an all time low. equipment is nice I guess. u will move up if ur willing to work 70 hour weeks

Cons

culture and working environment no support for new employees no onboarding most new employees are fired between 2 weeks and 4 months in

Pros

-When you watch TV on Sling you get to see 100 AirOps commercials every hour.

Cons

Where to start? -Product is a generic LLM-wrapper that companies stop using after a few months. They have terrible retention numbers -Profound is the dominant player in this space and is miles-ahead of AirOps in terms of quality and market share. -AirOps is a churn and burn, they hire alot of people and promptly fire them a few months later. -Founders are all style, no substance. They do not think about culture at all and it shows.
