Staff are prone to stereotyping. Promotions are hardly heard of as the organization encourages mobility. Internal mobility may not necessarily be easy to get, depending on the hiring manager. Good employees tend to leave when underappreciated and undervalued.

Only give priority to Europeans. Asians are not given same opportunities. Too many European married couples cause unfair treatment to people who are really work hard. Many times management try to shove spouse of some management to the wrong job that are high positions just to give face. Asians not given chance. Many lazy and unsuitable staff take advantage of relationship working style like this.
