      Good starting point for those who wish to get into manufacturing. Airflow provide opportunities, which in turn gives you the experience to move on.

      Cons

      No additional financial benefits compared to other manufacturers. Lack of HR department.

      Pros

      After working at Airflow, every other job will feel like you’ve struck gold.

      Cons

      Airflow is a textbook example of a toxic workplace. Management is reactive, disorganised and unprofessional, with no clear strategy or direction. Workloads are excessive, yet employees are undervalued and underpaid, with no proper benefits or flexibility offered. HR is inconsistent and untrustworthy, making it difficult to raise concerns safely. Staff turnover is extremely high, which speaks volumes about the company culture. If you want a supportive, respectful and well-managed environment, you won’t find it here.
