Pros
- Chance to do many kinds of tasks - Never boring - Extensive training - International atmosphere - New CEO brought a lot of new ideas and a great attitude to the company
Cons
- Lack of resources were constant - Some supervisors were not compentent - Old working culture was present all the time although the new CEO is trying to change it. Some of the people are resisting change which keeps the culture the same. - Many times the shifts are horrible. Not necessarily because of the company but the reason is the normal cycle of flights from/to airport.
