      Unstable Environment with Limited Growth Opportunities

      During my time with the company, I found there was little to no career progression. Frequent reorganizations created confusion, and projects often lacked clear direction. The company tends to favor long-standing employees, while newer hires experience high turnover and little support. There appeared to be favoritism in decision-making, and many commitments made to employees were not fulfilled. Communication was inconsistent, with concerns sometimes met with silence. The company also has a history of frequent layoffs, making it a less stable option for long-term career growth.

      Decent For Some But Not Everyone

      - Salary - Easy to stay busy - Benefits

      Cons

      - Most reviews posted here are from current upper management who has a goal to keep their Glassdoor rating high but it's deceptive when most of the reviews are clearly current upper management/CEO. - Amount of meetings (average 12+ hours a week). I personally had over 20hrs of meetings a week multiple times. - Hard to get assistance from coworkers because everyone is so busy - Difficult to learn in the environment - Very little downtime - You have to wear "many hats" working here. You will constantly be doing things outside of your job description and be expected to know those roles as well.
