Free food is good. people are good to work with. work load is heavy cause there is always a new idea to focus on, upper management just pushes stuff down with no follow up. Get to be home on time cause dm never comes in after 3.
Cons
Everything is "do it or (name of owner) will fire you." "If (name of owner) comes in and sees that, you'll be fired." They pretend people are watching to scare you into working harder. They claim people are watching if food is being taken at night, that's a laugh! People take food all the time and nothing happens. They say they hired corporate security people to watch the cameras for theft and see if we are closing early. Yeah Ok, keep dreaming. carl jr used to be a good place to work, but trying to scare workers into working harder is stupid. people pretend to care when upper management come in, but they have no clue whats really goin on.
