Bad culture, not open-minded environment and treat employees like slaves, no respect at all

It is an environment whereby people don't keep to deadlines, but the last person to submit will need to work extra hours to meet the HQ deadlines

Cons

Very bad working process and working environment, lack of planning. Expect employees to work 7 days a week and pick up calls in the middle of the night. Treat staff like slaves with no respect at all. Keep criticizing staff and not receptive to feedback. Micro-managing and expect you to keep reworking on the same tasks.

Employee purchase...maybe? The staff purchase program seems to be the big ticket item for the staff to look forward to but with the limited pay that you get, what's the point? It's probably an opportunity for friends and family to piggyback onto your benefit than for you to really utilise.

Cons

Oh my, where do I start? The onboarding program is a joke but folks who don't really know what they are talking about; The departments don't trust each other enough to work together as a team; all the backbiting scary to say the least because you do not know who are really your allies and everyone seems to be hiding some agenda; and the costs cutting is constant...

If you are into fashion then the discounts on different brands and apparels would probably get you excited.

Cons

New joiners come and quit less than 1 month tells you alot about this company! No transparency with decisions made at management level, autocratic management style without considering employees opinions and feelings. Benefits and pay scale very SME and lousy. Benefits at senior management are very extremely good though. Very strange and questionable! Still living and working in an environment like 10 years ago! Firing good employees who are able to work like nobody's business but keeping bootlickers and people who doesn't work but only gossips! Extremely toxic environment!
