Very low salaries , no growth at all , long working hours , family business domination, community favourism, treating employees as slaves , nearly impossible to get a emergency leave , vacation after 2 years , rude management, FUll of Politics .

Only one think is on time pay..you will be benifit on leave packages if you renew the contract.

Long working hours without pay,no value for performance,politics on community basis,Holding employ benifits at the end of service.not following the labour law.
