Pros
Large company with small company feel. Not afraid to to try new ideas in the name of improvement. High emphasis on employee safety and involvement. There are compensation incentives for upper management and production employees.
Cons
As a buyer I have saved this company millions of dollars, hard savings, and untold thousands in soft savings. The only provision for shared increased compensation is at the upper management and production level. Raises pretty much match cost of living or less.
