      Pros

      Alarm.com is full of talented, supportive people. While the culture can be inconsistent depending on the team, my personal experience has been good. I've been lucky with my managers and I'm happy here, though I know that sentiment isn't universal.

      Cons

      They don't really give out stocks. You'll never receive your maximum bonus pay. Chances of eventually transitioning to remote work is slim to none. Rent around the area is costly.
