Stay Away - Toxicity is King

Pros

Kitchen with food available (no cost). Donut Thursday. Lower level employees are the hardest workers and the best people in the company.

Cons

Where to start. Toxic place to work. Owner of the company is a nice guy, but wants to be worshiped like a deity. Is waiting for his moment to burst on the scene and become "TV famous". He constantly holds meetings with his managers and vice presidents where he tells stories about living in Alaska and working 20 hours a day for 7 days a week and doing it for 10+ years. So, lots of tall tales. The managers and sales staff would rather snarl at you to avoid any interaction. I saw several employees ridiculed and yelled at over font types or typos on internal emails. One of their favorite activities is to assign two-sets of nicknames (one they say to you and one they say to the other managers/sales people), and they are not flattering. They have you fill out daily schedules and block out your time (which is fine), but then they lie and say that they give out bonuses and gifts to employees who follow their schedules the best each week. Lying... they constantly lie about the smallest things, this is to everyone including customers, employees and contractors. They do not pay their debts. I had the hardest time finding a contractor to do simple work, because so many of them have been burned by this company that they refused to come back. So many other. All the negative reviews about this company are true, the positive ones are written by managers/paid authors and are not to be believed.

Pros

Pay, Benefits (Everything), Profit-sharing, Bonuses, Mentorship, Best place to learn everything possible about business in a short amount of time. Lots of overtime. Travel opportunities. Humanitarian Nonprofit adventure opportunities. Brilliant CEO. Luxurious office. Free lunch every day. Free Starbucks multiple times a day. Brilliant Sales and Procurement techniques. They save hundreds of lives worldwide each year with their disaster relief and poverty relief missions. - all funded by the CEO from company profits. Occasional celebrity appearances. Passport halfway filled in 1.5 years.

Cons

They believe that if you work less than 80 hours a week then you are a worthless loser. Meaning, you, your mother, your father, your friends, and everyone who you have ever respected is a worthless loser and they remind you that on a regular basis. The do not believe in work life balance. They believe that working long hours is of more value than attempting to "work smart" and spend less time at the office. Daily to weekly mentorship from the CEO that turn into brainwashing after a while. They believe that it is of more value to show your family an example of a workaholic lifestyle than to spend time with them. "Weekends are a privilege, that Americans should not feel entitled to." The 3 stars for senior management below can not convey how much I hated and loved them at the same time.
