Upper management is a joke

Great looking/Instagramable office, a balcony with a great view

Cons

Everything apart from how the office looks and the view. The upper management (owners) have no way forward. They'll expect to hire employees and get things rolling without putting any efforts to help or understand what problem we face at an execution level. One of the founders starts shouting everytime something goes a little off-track, even at peolpe who are not at fault.

Very toxic culture where they don't usually care for your well being and just expect work from you, without providing proper team with you.
