      Pros

      Flexible work schedule if you have kids. Also, a good first job to gain experience.

      Cons

      If you're a behavioral support counselor will be assigned social worker tasks and not compensated for it. Supervisors/director will adjust your tasks for them to justify adding social worker specific tasks. If you're a social worker you will have to input, scan, and submit all your paperwork yourself. There is also a lack of support from supervisors when the workload gets high.

      Not ethical with client care or staff Administrative staff are not supportive of employee concerns. Workplace bullying Corrupt practices that interfere with client care; many upper level staff work other jobs while being paid full time by Aldea

      Cons

      Unethical and irresponsible treatment towards clients. Toxic competitive work culture. Bullying Unethical business practices and behaviors. (Staff including executives worked other jobs while on company time/salary)
