Pros

- The new office is quite good

Cons

- Lack of trust - The managers have a huge lack of empath, knowledge and experience to perform well on this position. - A lot of talented people left the company, causing a lot of rotation and creating a unstable team. - People being demotivated constantly and treated like they were not important at all. - Salaries not growing according to the market

Pros

Pros , maybe some fruits in the morning and some nice people in the office

Cons

Ufortunately i was hired for a position and ended up doing other things than was stipulated in my contract. My manager at that time did not even want to have an interview with me and she was making my life miserable. Not sure if she is still there , but the Manager of the Payment and Fraud department was exteremly mean. The daily tasks were different,. Always wanted to propose and advice but as she did not like me i couldn't do anything as a simple employee. I heard that unfortunately many people left the company before her. However after I told her also that i had a medical condition , they decided also to terminate my contract.

Pros

- Nice coworkers, that now are fired. - Cool office in Barcelona's center. - Salary just according to the market. - Flexible work hours.

Cons

- Instability, that company has got loooot of rotation, and you could be fired anytime, even if you have children, they don't even care. - Apathetic bosses, they don't care about employees, two of them don't even say hello. - It's all smoke and mirrors, they say you are part of the decisions, and that they are concerned about your job career, but it's all fake. - 1 hour lunch mandatory, so at the end you have 30min of nothing, There is a switch... with ONE game.
