Pretty much everything else. Bad pay, bad product, bad leadership

The former CEO was put in place by his dad, the Founder and CTO. He never ran a manufacturing business, and oversold his former leadership experience. He oversold many things, and in many cases, completely fabricated reality. He could never truly listen to others, and instead just tried to control them. He ended up in over his head, and left when things got bad (conveniently, before having to fire most of the production staff himself). The CTO is now running the company, and since he’s old, can’t hardly remember anything people tell him. He also is very toxic, and talks down to most others. He has been heard belittling the roles of most other employees. Meanwhile, he spends the day completely lost on what’s going on. More than half of what was shipped broke almost immediately (poorly designed products). Most employees are negative and talk about how poorly the company is ran.
