Not what you know but who you know or knew New management team brought in former associates that they used to work with Allowed to bully existing long standing staff Many of them had Neither the education or experience equal to any of the employees who departed Required college degrees of new employees when immediate supervisors have only a high school degree Actual Family relationship among employees create special privileged group whom are allowed to do what others would be reprimanded if not terminated for Very Poor attendance Disrespectful to supervisors and co-workers Harassment Unprofessional language in a business environment both spoken and written Unable to supervise them because of their Teflon shields Turnover since sale from wonderful founding owners is very high 3 vp of sales in three years Huge layoff of original staff from founding owners It's anything but arts and crafts or fun and games More like the game of sorry
