Interesting subject matter and a great location in Toronto.
Cons
The company used to hire the best of the best. These days a heart beat suffices, especially for those pursuing managerial positions. My manager had no degree or risk/it technology experience. Lifers and the ever desperate folks who return on their hands and knees inhibit creativity, growth, and productivity in a space which once prided itself on thriving on all the above.
