Cons

There are no pros at all. It's a cheap politics house with dumb managers around. The leave policy is very bad and salary hike is pathetic. I got tested for covid positive. But, they didn't even give me leave for 2 days, instead of that they terminated me with a lame excuse. The HR policy is so disgusting and cunning. No value for your merit. No value for your emergencies, hike is only 5 percent. You will loose your confidence level if you work here for 1 or 2 years. Nothing you will ever learn or contribute. The directors of the company have spent company funds on their own development like buying properties instead of giving proper hikes. Cheap politics house.

Easy to get hired due to the disinterest of other Developers in the company.

Cons

Rude manager with no sense of work ethic or manner to talk. If you're not smart enough to negotiate your salary and ask for lower than company standards, they will cheat you by not offering according to the standards. Strict timing from 10:00 to 7:00, Compulsory 6 days WFO with 1st and 4th Saturday off. No work-life balance, no flexible timing, and no option for WFH as a hybrid mode. There are no experienced or skilled Developers at least in PHP. Outdated IT infrastructure with no plan to upgrade it to current standards. No trust, no respect

There is no Pro's, only con's. "DONT EVER JOIN THIS 3rd GRADE COMPANY" Unless you are ready to face racism.

Cons

1. This company has not much recognition in the market. 2.Work space doesn't have proper ventilation. Most of the time AC will also go off. 3. Salary hike of 5% for almost two years in service. 4.Very pathetic low level politics for promotions and hikes. 5. Manager is the damager. Many good team members have left the company because of him. 6. Lack of managerial skills by the manager. 7. Lack of support to increase skillset. 8. Very poor leave policies. Even if there is medical emergencies, they won't grant you leave.
