A Hire N Fire Company

Pros

- Everyone is friendly, CEO, CTO, COO — everyone is more like some cool dudes. - Flexible work culture. - The Internet bill is covered. - Remote facility - Work-Life balance

Cons

- New employees are asked to leave a review on Glassdoor right after joining (they don’t force it; they just ask), which isn't a good practice. You can’t form a real opinion about a company that early—it takes time to understand the culture and environment. - Salary is supposed to be disbursed by the 5th of the following month, which already reflects a poor payment culture. Delays are common, and salaries often take longer than promised. - They are a 4th-party company, they have a client, who themselves are a contractor for another company. This adds unnecessary layers of dependency and instability. - Employees can be fired without any prior notice. Sometimes, you'll find yourself suddenly locked out of all resources — and that’s how you realize you’ve been let go. - The reasons for termination are often vague — things like lack of experience or communication issues. But in reality, even seniors and leads have been fired without explanation. It feels more like a hire-and-fire culture. Totally an *unstable* company. - HR is one of the weakest links. They often don’t have clear answers to basic questions. Everything needs to go through upper management, leading to major communication gaps and delays. - Most employees spend their days in constant fear of being fired, which leads to health risks and significant mental stress. - Please don’t be swayed by posts promising competitive salaries or internet reimbursements, or other perks. If you’re already in a full-time, stable position, don’t risk it by joining this company. - You might be hired as a backend developer, then shifted to complete a frontend role, or even across stacks all of a sudden due to their contractor's change of mind or sudden requirement!!!!!! - There’s no transparency — even when the management knows your job is at risk, they’ll often inform you at the very last moment (if at all). - It’s not worth gambling with your career.
