Pros
Great people in the shop. Coffee was good when ownership purchased sugar cubes. No paid weekends with pizza lunch was a plus.
Cons
Terrible dynamic working with married business partners, Specifically wife/ co-owner(Tara). Be warned, her attitude is female in a mans world and will throw you under the boss when possible. Taras back talking is world-class but will fire you in a heart beat when her training fails - by training I mean trial By fire.
