Good platform ( proprietary), easy to use , good teaching materials , nice way of paying out ( twice a month)

Cons

No raise, your professional degree is of no importance to them. HR team are a bunch of a-holes. You can get fired even if you ask for an urgent 2 day medical leave with 21 hour prior notice.

Flexible schedule, easy to get students

Cons

Really low compensation per lesson (lower that 2.5 EUR per class), no bonus system, cannot grow or get higher compensation no matter how good you are or how many students you bring.
