      Horrible abusive work culture!

      Pros

      Good co-workers, the work sometimes albeit hectic is rewarding.

      Cons

      The management specially at the Burnaby contact centre branch is abusive, they do not trust anyone, gaslight you and always blameshift onto you. This is not an ideal work environment for anyone. Get out of here as fast as you can!

      If you don't have much experience this company may give you that opportunity to obtain that experience.

      Cons

      Their financial stability is because they do not value their employees, pay is way below market. The company cares about profits over doing the right thing for clients. Being a former employee the stress this job brought on just from the environment was miserable.

      co workers are nice and the clients and ppl at dealerships are nice.

      Cons

      rude and unprofessional. no respect for all your hard work, don't appreciate anything. forget about being sick. they don't care if your mother dies, they want u in! couldn't believe this is allowed. to top it off, they don't pay all your commission and don't keep their word. just don't even think about this place, trust me. everyone comes and goes not knowing how toxic this place is
