      Great insight into commodities and software if you are new, many learning opportunities if you are proactive and ask questions Benefits are better than most companies in software or commodities industry. Work life is very balanced, almost no stress and overworking at all unless you are on customer support or product

      Cons

      Low base, low increment, poor growth, no bonuses, unwilling to invest in better people and technologies. Lack of assignments is causing job cuts, which is worrying for everyone
