Excellent people, fully supported by management, appreciated for the work you are doing. The people in the building make the job! Additionally you are given the ability to make real changes and are listened to by management when bringing up concerns and issues. They truly want to know everything that is an issue so that they may do something about it...and you are encouraged to be the one to help do it!
