It was great until it wasn’t. No longer any pros that I’m aware of
Cons
Bad pay Micromanagement Terrible upper management Terrible benefits High turnover No growth opportunities You’ll get fired for no reason or be given an impossible goal you’ll never meet on an even more impossible time line to hit said goal They also love to tell you you’re doing great then fire you 2 days later for no reason In a 6 month span over 10 people were fired and sometimes multiple people in a day

It taught me a new way to process payroll

Lack of communication with staff, they did have instructions on how to do process payroll, very clicking company, racial in several different ways.
