You will learn a lot about logistics

“Turn and burn” environment, they have hired over 30 sales reps just in the last 2 years, which only a handful are still around. The company is littered with “management” positions, many of whom have little experience and industry knowledge. There is also a constant change in commission structure which is just one piece of the company’s immense disorganization and high turnover.
