Pros

I really like the culture and the people. Everyone’s approachable, and you can tell there’s been a lot of thought put into making the overall experience good. What stands out is how they deal with challenges. Issues do come up, but there’s a clear effort to solve them well and also give you the space to figure things out on your own, which helps you grow.

Cons

Pay might be a bit on the lower side, but I think it's a trade off you have to make with a great experience.

A balanced company with a clear vision trying to scale growth

Pros

The company persistently tries to conduct itself in a manner that is fair, equitable, and with a clear vision for the growth of ICs into senior roles. Leadership ensures clarity in its vision and aligns its managers to execute towards it, while remaining open to feedback The company also takes feedback regularly from its employees and considers it with honestly.

Cons

1. While all employees are of a high quality for a startup of this age, the same quality is not consistent across all teams. 2. Also because the company operates at a certain revenue, salaries for competitive, high impact roles can be 15-20 percent lesser than what these roles can hope for. The company typically ensures a fair way to compensate its employees and communicates the same, but at times it feels like that is the best it can do due to those constraints. 3. Its open feedback culture is a double edged sword. Because it encourages everyone to share feedback, you can sometimes get feedback that is not useful and your manager may expect you to act on it. Not something that needs to change but can be managed better.
