Reasonable pay and working conditions, adequate inventory of equipment for the size of company. Work on Interesting smaller projects with adequate preparation time.
Cons
A very Indian family (Nepotism) based management culture which is a little difficult to communicate with for Western or European/ South African senior employees. This is reflected by a large turnover of staff in the past five years.
