Learning by doing style with limited people development or people caring to be expected. Get dirty with your hands in a 'startup' agency setting.
Cons
Money-driven, no culture, less-than-professional ways of working. Tech firm wannabe but really is just a small agency. If you are new to the industry, go to 4As to know standard workplace/workflow best practice. Left this firm and never looked back.

Cons
No trust and micromanagement Not able to drive people together Not an ordinary agency vibe that you expect People keep leaving the company and even they have hired new joiners but the new joiners leave before the probation Heavy workload
