      Pros

      flexible working hours, friendly colleagues, good salary, nice but cold office

      Cons

      founder micromanages, interferes everywhere, always late to meetings, talks badly about colleagues, especially when someone has left, lots of staff changes, people come and go (good people join and smart people leave...)

      No Trust, No Value, No Management, Not a place to work

      The start was quite good and the Team as very friendly and open minded, office in a nice location

      Cons

      Management has no idea how to conquer the market, they see the product and company bigger as it is and be carefully if you want to change something

      Great Team, good learning Opportunity

      Pros

      Great team with a diverse and international background. The people are genuinely nice, supportive, and highly motivated, which makes collaboration enjoyable. The office is modern and pleasant, creating a positive working atmosphere. There are flexible working options, including remote and home office possibilities. The industries are interesting, and the clients are very exciting to work with, offering exposure to diverse and engaging projects.

      Cons

      More structure and clearer long-term strategy could be helpful as the company continues to grow. However, this is quite normal for startups and smaller organizations, where processes are still evolving.
