Assigned to task outside of your position/ responsibilities. Having to do multiple position job and being paid at average market rate. When request for pay review, management compare to companies below market rate and said youre being paid very well already. Management ask you to voice out but you will never be heard because they will rebut and refuse to acknowledge and address your concerns. Privacy and confidentiality not protected by the management. Lack of manpower and turnover rate high because low pay, messy management, no career progression and no guaranteed bonus and 13 month bonus. (but they will draw you a big picture and tell you things gonna be good in future, look in long run etc)

The senior management team is the worst. They present you with a big picture at the beginning and lure you to handle the workloads equivalent to that of 2-3 employees. In the end, they discard you like a piece of rag after the toughest times are over, and they claim all the credit.
