Favoritism and smoke and mirrors run deep here. They promise you one thing and give you another. Salary is too low to live in Atlanta. Most employees have a second job just to make ends meet. HR department is comprised of one person which isn't uncommon in smaller organizations but means that there isn't a checks and balance system when it comes to reporting issues or offering opportunities for growth within the company. Much improvement is needed on that front.
