At surface level, AlphaPoint is marketed to be a leader in the white-label exchange space and a hub for blockchain enthusiasts to collaborate. And while some of that is true, the overall experience here is diminished by the cons below

Upon working here, you'll immediately notice the red flags. - No formal onboarding process: for a complex technology provider with a steep learning curve, you would assume it would be a priority for the company to onboard their employees efficiently so that they can get up to speed quickly. Nope, that is not the case. Not only is there no onboarding process at all, there is no training at all at no point. - No culture whatsoever, everyone is remote, up until recently, a majority of employees (including management) had their cameras off during internal meetings. In the entire year I was apart of this company, there was only a single all-hands meeting in which nothing about the company's health and future direction was communicated. - Lack of leadership: AlphaPoint is plagued by poor leadership and poor decision making by management. There is little to no communication from the top-down and as a result, those are trying to do their jobs are often stifled by the inability of those in management to make a decision in a timely manner.
