Pros
Supportive manager and senior management, very career-centric employee development. Colleagues are friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and accessible, as are management. Emphasis on inter department collaboration and recognition. Great culture and work life balance. Have a ton of respect for the people who have made Alphadyne what they are today. Highly recommend.
Cons
Some strategic changes take a while to implement, patience required. But management are sure that these do not affect employees whatsoever.
