It’s been such a rewarding journey here at Alphascript. Everyone here is motivated to help our patients and willing to go the extra mile to do what it takes to get their medications in a timely manner. We all collaborate with each other in the dispensing process and there is a high level of respect, empathy, and appreciation for everyone involved. I’ve had the opportunity to tackle multiple tasks & roles during these past few years which have helped me grow tremendously as a pharmacist. Upper management listens to all of your feedback and will do what it takes to address any concerns/issues. We have strong leaders here and it is a great place if you’re looking to expand your professional skillset. You have to be willing to work hard which can be challenging but very rewarding.
