      Alpheus is Not a telecom player

      Pros

      Management will leave you alone if performing.

      Cons

      sales support is zero to none. Good luck getting your orders installed. management encourages you lying to customers to close deals. The footprint is extremely limited so the pricing is only slightly competitive. They aren't even able to do phones without a third party being involved. Company needs to grow.

      Burn Out

      Pros

      The workload demanded from the employer will gives a good understanding of whether or not you can work in outside sales.

      Cons

      There is quite a bit of favoritism that you as an employee cannot overcome, no matter how you address it. The stress of the job everyday will burn you out, as you don't have control over what the client does. Very desperate job, I'd rather just keep my sanity than TRY to make 6-figures "easily"! Not worth your health, but try at your own might. Company will run into financial problems if they don't regulate their rations.

      Great Company, No Real Growth Though

      Pros

      - Great team atmosphere. - Freedom, little red tape. - Flexible time if you are a hard worker. - Relaxed environment. - Downtown has a lot of great restaurants. - Lengthy employment in back-office support functions.

      Cons

      - High turnover in sales division (common though). - Management can be sub par with proactivity. - Investor owned now, and soon to be. - Health insurance is pretty terrible. - No common industry standard "bennies" to mention, whatsoever.
