Pros

Alpine Homes offers a great support network and a wonderful product to sell. The office has always been very supporting and the production teams are great to work with. Agents are trusted to manage communities and provided with all necessary marketing and products needed to sell these great homes.

Cons

No benefits, but as a contracted employee that is expected.

Pros

Alpine Homes will help you learn more of the construction process compared to any other company while working through college. Great career path, great company, and lots of opportunity to expound your skills and knowledge.

Cons

The benefits are great overall, but compared to other companies in the industry, the family healthcare benefits could be better.

Pros

I cannot find one good thing to say about Alpine Homes.

Cons

Lousy pay, unrealistic expectations, hostile work environment. Leadership is two-faced and dishonest.
