Flexible, Great office environment. The team cares about you and works hard to making sure you are getting your needs met.

Cons

Communication can be a bit of struggle every now and then and depending on your job there is a lot of travel and over all stress if not handled well.

If you are a woman, good luck. You will get harassed and when you take it to your supervisor, you won’t get a response. When you take it to HR, you will have a target on your back with the higher ups. Even when you have complete documentation. Nothing happens to the person doing the harassment. The higher ups encourage the treatment by backing up the harasser and making the person being harassed fearful of losing their job.
