The work culture is notably constructive, fostering ample opportunities for professional development. -One of the key advantages of my tenure at this company has been the option for remote work, offering both flexibility and convenience in managing work-life balance. -I consider myself exceptionally fortunate to have been under the guidance of an exceptionally supportive and understanding supervisor. Their leadership has been nothing short of inspirational and has significantly contributed to my professional growth.
Cons
-One of the primary challenges I encountered during my time at this company was its geographical location, which is quite distant from Curitiba. This distance incurred substantial travel expenses, presenting a significant challenge in terms of both time and financial costs. -Additionally, the deficiency in effective team communication was another noteworthy challenge. Inadequate and untimely communication regarding project details led to confusion and, at times, a lack of alignment in task execution. This issue had an adverse impact on team productivity and operational efficiency.
