      Hybrid workplace, multiple office hubs, great coworkers

      Cons

      Lack of career advancement, inconsistent company direction, poor change management, expectations and responsibilities of ICs are constantly increased with no training, added incentive, promotion, or raise. Massive turnover rate for staff.

      Cons

      AltaML is building the plane while flying it. You need to want to explore new frontiers, experiment, and work with a high degree of ambiguity. If you prefer clearly defined processes and predictability, this is not for you.
