While we certainly appreciate your feedback, you do not specifically state how you feel the owner doesn't treat you well. The owners and the company as a whole are constantly looking to improve the firm - across the products and with its employees (please note the recently improved benefits package as an example.) Please do voice your concerns to your manager including any specifics you feel where we can do better. We want to hear your voice!

Thank you for your feedback but it's important to point out a a number of misconceptions here. We have had many employees who have been promoted over the years across all departments. Good work is rewarded at AltaReturn including above average market pay. Management strives to provide its employees with competitive benefits and, in fact, recently instituted a new benefits package that significantly improves the old one (at full cost to the owners-not the employees.) Lastly, your statement that clients are overcharged is verifiably untrue. We have tight controls around billing and have never had a client come to us indicating they were overcharged for anything. We would suggest speaking with your supervisor to voice your concerns in order to clear up anything that is unclear.
