Pros

Cute clothes? Good discount I guess

Cons

These people will lure you in and sell you dreams. They're so "Christian" and are all about "helping people" EXCEPT for the people that actually work for them. You will give your blood, sweat and tears for Altar'd State and will get absolutely nothing in return. Maybe an extra discount once a year. The CEO, Aaron Walters, is sitting in a seat next to the devil with a pretty mask on that will fool you. He's the most bi-polar man on the planet. One day he is screaming at you (with his finger in your face I might add) and then next he is singing your praises. He will cuss you up one side and down the other. The only people that stay there are people that have been brainwashed into their cult-like atmosphere. They will work you like a dog for little to no money. Try 60-70 hour work weeks for $32,000. It's ugly. I promise you if you're in management, stay far away from this company. If you're in a key holder/assistant management roll and are looking to be promoted to a Store Manager, they will try to get you and give you no money. Don't do it. Your time will come and I promise it wont be with Altar'd HATE- as my former employees like to call it. Oh, also their awesome "Christian" culture allowed for all their stores to be closed on Sunday as a "day of rest" (which was also stated on the door), but shocker-- not anymore. Money is the root of all evil. Consider yourself warned.
